Shipping

All items are made to order to ensure the freshest products.

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to prepare. 

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please remember that we are a small business and everything is made by hand. Please allow for some visual variances.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels attached. 

Return Process

To return and item, please email customer service at fizzybathandspa@gmail.com. Please include your name, the product, reason for return or exchange and pictures to prove the item you received is in fact defective. Whether approved or denied, you will receive and email notification. Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return with the provided pre paid label.

Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund had been processed. 

Exceptions

Remember, all sales are final but we will refund or exchange defective products. We are not liable for any shipping damages. Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
